TeachersCareers involved in new EU-funded project about industrial relations Xavier Dumay and Tore Bernt Sorensen of the TeachersCareers project team are part of the research consortium which have been awarded a grant by the European Commission to investigate the dynamics between European Union governance and the arrangements for industrial relations in education sectors at national and the European level. The one-year project ‘Social Dialogue and Industrial Relations in Education: the Challenges of Multi-level Governance and Privatisation in Europe’ was initiated in April 2020. In addition to UCLouvain, the consortium includes the University of Napoli Federico II, the University of Warszawa, and the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE) (coordinator).
